Job Summary
To support the growth of the sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Recruiter will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing hires, while collaborating closely with leadership to define hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Source and attract a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates for priority roles
- Manage the interviewing and hiring process, including compensation negotiations and tracking recruiting metrics
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience hiring account and customer success managers
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leadership
- Experience working with broader business functions and niche, senior-level positions
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
