Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Sales Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for the sales organization, focusing on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while collaborating with leadership to define hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Source and attract a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates for multiple priority roles
• Manage the interview and hiring process, including compensation negotiations and delivering a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience hiring account and customer success managers
• Strong ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership
• Experience working with broader business functions and niche, senior-level positions
• Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple requisitions
