Sales Recruiter (Contract)

Job Summary

To support the Talent Management team, the part-time Sales Recruiter (Contract) will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent in the media technology industry while working remotely for 10-15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive goals
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final offer negotiation
• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in corporate recruitment
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience using job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed
• Proven success in conducting interviews through various methods
• Strong networking skills and a passion for providing a top-notch candidate experience
