Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager / Director of Sales Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters focused on Enterprise and Strategic AE hiring
- Architect a data-driven recruitment engine that predicts sales ramp success and attrition
- Redefine the enterprise/strategic revenue-producing profile through rigorous competency mapping
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of closely related recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Expert ability in data storytelling to influence executive decision-making
- Deep familiarity with structured interviewing frameworks and a track record of implementing them
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning and tactical execution
- Proven ability to diagnose friction in the recruiting funnel and implement scalable solutions
