Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Recruiting Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales recruiting organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the sales recruiting function, focusing on hiring outcomes across various sales roles
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Leadership to translate growth targets into hiring priorities and recruiting roadmaps
  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters, establishing best practices for sourcing, candidate assessment, and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Five or more years of recruitment experience, particularly in sales roles
  • At least three years of experience managing or mentoring recruiters
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales and Revenue leaders to create executable recruiting strategies
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and go-to-market models
