Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Recruiting Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales recruiting organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the sales recruiting function, focusing on hiring outcomes across various sales roles
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Leadership to translate growth targets into hiring priorities and recruiting roadmaps
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters, establishing best practices for sourcing, candidate assessment, and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Five or more years of recruitment experience, particularly in sales roles
- At least three years of experience managing or mentoring recruiters
- Proven ability to partner with Sales and Revenue leaders to create executable recruiting strategies
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and go-to-market models
