Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience or 6+ years in a related high-volume environment
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume, inside sales roles in a Direct-To-Consumer model
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities effectively
