- Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume sales roles, ensuring alignment and candidate quality
- Manage candidate flow and optimize hiring processes to meet monthly goals

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience or 6+ years in a related high-volume environment
- Experience recruiting for high-volume, inside sales roles in a Direct-To-Consumer model
- Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities effectively
