Job Summary
Leading and developing a team of Sales Relationship Managers, the full-time remote Manager, Strategic Sales Relationship Management will drive relationship and engagement strategies across private capital market firms to achieve pipeline development, portfolio penetration, and revenue growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Leads, manages, and develops a team of Sales Relationship Managers to ensure consistent execution across PCM engagements
- Establishes performance expectations aligned with pipeline development and revenue outcomes while coaching the team on portfolio strategy and engagement planning
- Oversees relationships with private equity and private capital market firms, guiding strategic account planning and driving portfolio expansion strategies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Seven to ten years of experience in Strategic Sales, Account Management, or related fields required
- Experience with private capital markets or multi-entity client environments preferred
