Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Representative to manage reactive accounts and provide technical and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and provide timely technical support related to the product line
- Work with sales managers to develop account lists and pricing strategies, and conduct field-marketing activities
- Maintain CRM records, adhere to sales processes, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum BS or BA in Life Sciences; M.S./Ph.D. preferred, with hands-on laboratory experience
- Ability to incorporate Core Emotional Social Intelligence (ESI) Principles in daily work
- Flexibility in handling change and persistence in pursuing goals
- Independently motivated with the ability to work well in a team
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital tools and technology, including Microsoft applications
