Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative (Remote Possibility).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles
• Familiarity with technology sales and ability to learn new products rapidly
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role preferred
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer support
