Job Summary

To drive upsell opportunities and maintain client relationships, the fully remote Sales Representative will perform over 50 outbound calls daily, conduct marketing consultations via phone and video, and collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct daily marketing consultations with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for online demonstrations with prospective clients
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of sales closing experience selling SaaS products to small business owners
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or TV/online ad sales
  • 6+ months in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • BS or BA preferred, or equivalent strong background in lieu of degree
