Job Summary
To drive sales within the Public-Sector business vertical, the full-time Support Solutions Sales Representative will manage customer relationships, forecast sales pipeline, generate quotes, and negotiate contracts in a highly transactional technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maximize sales potential in assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and product knowledge
- Create customized proposals and negotiate pricing to close business with customers
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing accounts while expanding the customer base through proactive outreach
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in an IT environment
- Experience with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
