Job Summary

To create meaningful connections for busy singles, the full-time Luxury Membership Sales Representative will utilize a consultative sales approach to sell memberships over the phone while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Sell It's Just Lunch memberships to potential clients through phone consultations
• Build rapport with clients by discussing their needs and explaining membership benefits
• Select matches for new clients based on interviews and client preferences

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consultative sales
• Previous experience with high volume outbound calls
• Minimum of two years working in a remote role
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
