Job Summary
To support Oracle's Department of War customers, the remote Sales Representative will manage the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure replenishments process, drive contract renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while engaging with clients through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the replenishments process for a portfolio of Department of War accounts, ensuring high renewal rates and timely contract closures
- Proactively engage customers to reinforce Oracle's cloud value proposition and uncover upsell opportunities
- Accurately forecast and track sales activities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales, cloud renewals, or account management experience, preferably with federal or public sector clients
- In-depth understanding of the sales cycle for renewals or replenishments
- Proven negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience in building relationships and closing cloud/technology deals
- Federal market or Department of War experience is a strong advantage
