Sales Representative, Distributor
Job Summary
To support a growing distribution channel, the full-time Sales Representative, Distributor will manage relationships, negotiate profitable sales, and promote product solutions within the Western Florida/Tampa area.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships across the distributor's organization
- Solicit, follow-up, and negotiate quote opportunities to drive sales revenue
- Conduct product training sessions and manage brand shelf space at distributor accounts
Required qualifications
- College/University degree in architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the door & hardware distribution channel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for sales reporting
- Ability to read and understand specifications and facility standards
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to travel as required
