Job Summary

Driven by a passion for athletics, the full-time remote Sales Representative for Coaches will manage a territory of high school programs, focusing on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and product demonstrations to drive new sales of coaching analytics and tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with high school coaches
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead tailored product demonstrations for coaches and athletic programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches and athletic directors, acting as a trusted resource for performance solutions
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment
  • Background in athletics as a coach, athlete, or sales professional serving the sports market is preferred
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to tailor approaches to individual prospects
  • Experience engaging with coaches, athletic directors, or school administrators
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and a data-driven approach to managing sales activities
