Sales Representative for Recognition Products
Job Summary
To support the growth of the Recognition Products business, the full-time Sales Representative will manage the sales cycle for plaques, digital badges, and custom recognition packages, while working remotely across the United States to exceed sales targets and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities among newly recognized physicians, dentists, and hospitals
- Educate honorees and hospital marketing teams on licensing guidelines and the recognition products portfolio
Required Qualifications
- Prior direct sales experience with 1-3 years of proven success, ideally in the healthcare industry
- Ability to organize and maintain multiple accounts while providing outstanding customer service
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite products
- Experience with Salesforce platform is a plus
