Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Representative for End User in North Carolina will manage relationships with Facility Managers, Security Directors, and IT Directors while collaborating with local partners to promote door opening solutions in the commercial construction and property management sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short and long-term sales plans targeting end user accounts
  • Establish and nurture a network of clients, building trust and rapport quickly
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and present tailored solutions
Required qualifications
  • College/University degree in architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools for sales reporting
  • Ability to read and understand specifications and facility standards
  • Willingness to travel and meet customer requirements, with the ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
