Job Summary

Experienced sales professionals will find a full-time Sales Representative opportunity in Ohio, responsible for engaging with Facility Managers and Security Directors while collaborating with local partners to promote door opening solutions in the commercial construction and property management sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with decision makers and influencers in various sectors
• Develop and implement short and long-term sales plans
• Establish and maintain a network of clients, building trust and relationships

Required qualifications

• College/University degree in architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools for sales reporting
• Ability to read and understand specifications and facility standards
• Willingness to travel and meet customer requirements
