Job Summary
Supporting the sales and application of chemical solutions in the paper manufacturing industry, the remote Sales Representative, P&P will manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and introduce new products while serving the Green Bay/Appleton area in Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the sales process to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets
- Develop profitable business with designated accounts and expand market position
- Organize reports, sales calls, and business reviews while supporting demand forecasting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience in paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering
- 1 to 5 years of experience in the paper industry
- Ability to develop and execute Key Account or Project Plans
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Experience in paper making operations and general wet-end applications preferred
