Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative, Specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce door and hardware specifications for various commercial applications
• Recommend door and hardware solutions that meet design requirements for security, aesthetics, sustainability, and accessibility
• Assist with project submittal reviews and ensure specifications are upheld during the bid process

Required Qualifications

• College/University degree in architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of industry-related experience with openings, such as commercial locksmithing or door hardware installation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with CRM tools for sales and activity reporting
• Ability to travel up to 5% and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. for presentations
