Job Summary

Become a Sales Representative, work from home, and set your own schedule.

Are you ready to take control of your work-life balance so you can spend more time doing what you love? As a Sales Representative, you'll be taking inbound customer calls from the comfort and safety of your own home - when it's most convenient for you!

Since these customers have already expressed interest in the products being sold, your role is pretty straightforward; if you can follow a script and bring a friendly voice, you'll be successful!

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be talking with customers of top direct-to-consumer brands who call after seeing a product ad on TV. Products sold include cookware, other household goods, and apparel. On these calls, you'll:

Answer customer questions, with most answers provided within the script
Present offers as they come up in the script
Enter customer data into the system
Provide a scripted order summary
Submit the order

It's as simple as that! The majority of Sales Representatives are making at least $13/hour, and top earners are making $30-35/hour.

About You:
Prior sales experience is NOT required, but it's important that you're passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and maximizing sales opportunities. The most successful Sales Representatives tend to possess the following traits and skills:

Self-motivation
Determination to solve problems and meet goals
A passion for helping customers
Strong communication skills
Ability to be assertive, persuasive, and persistent, yet respectful
A positive and upbeat attitude
Adaptability and resilience
Basic computer proficiency

Your Home Office Environment:
It is recommended that you have a computer meeting at least the following specifications:

Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
Processor: Intel Core i5 processor 1.7 GHz or Intel Pentium 4 processor 2.4 GHz
Memory: 8GB of RAM and 500 MB free hard drive space
Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Chrome or Firefox
Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels
Sound: Sound card installed (standard on most computers)
Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software installed
Webcam (for the certification process)

Remote and Flexible:
You'll be taking calls and making money from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Plus you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don't. That means you'll have the freedom to schedule around your own needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life.
Hours of operation are 24/7, giving you complete flexibility to work when it's best for you.

Pay and Perks:
The majority of Sales Representatives are making at least $13/hour, and top earners are making $30-35/hour.

Plus, your remote, independent contractor status allows you to work in the comfort from your own home - or anywhere in the US you can meet the office requirements.

You'll enjoy significant savings in expenses related to transportation, clothing, childcare or eldercare, and food. You may also qualify for home office tax deductions, but you should consult with an accountant to determine eligibility. In addition, you'll receive:

One-on-one mentorship
Free certification and ongoing development opportunities
The freedom and flexibility to choose your own schedule, within the client's hours of operation
The chance to achieve better work-life balance

You'll also be able to take advantage of NexRep Perks, a program that recognizes the service provided by independent contractors to NexRep's clients and their customers via the NexRep Marketplace platform. With the NexRep Perks program, you'll have the opportunity to earn Perks points. As those points add up, you'll unlock access to Perks - exclusive discounts and savings on a variety of common expenses such as health and dental coverages, banking services, legal and technical support, and more!

Please note that NexRep is connecting independent contractors to exclusive discounts and savings opportunities and is not providing employee benefits nor establishing an employee benefit program. Each independent contractor makes their own decision whether to engage with a Perks Partner. NexRep receives no compensation in any form from the Perks Program.
