Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Routing Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate incoming sales leads to determine service needs and urgency
- Route leads to appropriate sales teams based on predefined criteria and monitor follow-ups
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and track lead outcomes for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or lead management
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of inbound activity
- Experience in a customer-driven remote environment
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
