Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate incoming sales leads to determine service needs and urgency
• Route leads to appropriate sales teams based on predefined criteria and monitor follow-ups
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and track lead outcomes for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or lead management
• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of inbound activity
• Experience in a customer-driven remote environment
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
