Job Summary
To support a growing education coaching company, the full-time Sales Setter for Admissions will engage with warm inbound leads, qualify prospective families, and facilitate high-level admissions guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads quickly through various communication channels to assess interest and fit for programs
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand family needs, student goals, and admissions concerns
- Manage Advisor calendars and ensure high meeting attendance rates through effective organization
Required qualifications
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally with a consultative approach
- Familiarity with the U.S. college admissions landscape and family dynamics is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools and communication platforms such as Close.io, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence in follow-up communications
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and workflows simultaneously
