Sales & Settlement Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Settlement Supervisor to oversee trade claims validation and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for the Settlement Management process and oversee team performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with business functions and act as the primary contact for dispute resolution
• Plan and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with SOX controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred or relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or deduction resolution
• Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and SAP ERP programs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in coaching and developing team members
