Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Solution Architect with an education focus to support pre-sales activities in the Higher Education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and scoping sessions to clarify objectives, metrics, constraints, and risks
  • Translate institutional goals into solution options across various Education Cloud platforms
  • Prepare proposals and align pricing, terms, and assumptions with Sales and Delivery teams
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical leadership in Salesforce consulting for Higher Ed or large K-12 districts
  • Strong background in solution design for Education-related technologies and integrations
  • Demonstrated success in shaping complex deals and responding to RFPs
  • Experience with AI-assisted outputs and managing cross-functional teams
  • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
