Job Summary
To support the growth of the Payment Accuracy business, the full-time remote Associate Principal, Sales Solution Engineer will drive net new revenue through deep technical expertise and collaboration with sales, account management, and product teams, focusing on payer-focused accounts and complex claims workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Driving top-line revenue growth by advancing payment accuracy sales opportunities in collaboration with sales and account management teams
- Serving as a technical and domain subject matter expert during sales engagements, particularly in payer-focused deals involving claims and payment integrity workflows
- Delivering compelling presentations and demos of payment accuracy solutions to prospective and current customers, while developing technical solution proposals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, healthcare, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in health plans, health technology, or healthcare consulting serving health plans
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth in a customer-facing, technical, or consultative role
- Deep expertise in payment accuracy use cases, claims workflows, and payer operations
- Strong technical orientation, including APIs, interoperability, and claims data processing standards (e.g., X12, FHIR)
