Job Summary
To support a dynamic sales organization, the full-time salaried Sales Solution Engineer will serve as the primary technical expert throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with various teams to design solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and drive strategic deals in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the foremost technical authority on healthcare IT, monitoring trends and sharing insights to inform product strategy
- Partner with the Sales team to qualify opportunities, provide technical insights, and help close complex deals by translating technical capabilities into business value
- Work directly with prospects to uncover requirements and design tailored technical solutions, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- Deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, EHR platforms, and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and HITECH
- Extensive experience in sales or solutions engineering within the healthcare sector, with a proven ability to lead technical sales cycles
- Strong skills in customer engagement and relationship management, capable of building trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of healthcare data privacy and compliance standards, with the ability to advise on implementation considerations
