Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sales Solution Engineer will lead technology evaluations for data-driven and AI-powered Salesforce solutions, collaborating with sales teams to deliver demonstrations, proofs of concept, and tailored data architectures that meet client needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging demonstrations of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI tools to illustrate their business impact
- Design and prototype AI-powered use cases to enhance customer engagement and service efficiency
- Provide strategic pre-sales technical guidance on data architectures and real-time analytics to address client requirements
Required qualifications:
- Previous Sales Engineering experience
- Proven ability to architect and deliver data-centric and AI-driven presentations and workshops on Salesforce platforms
- Deep understanding of data management, data architecture design, and AI applications within Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
