Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Sales Solution Specialist will engage in high-volume, phone-driven sales activities, managing inbound payroll referrals and presenting tailored solutions to business owners while meeting production goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and prepare client proposals
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess payroll and HR needs and present solutions
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to support client growth
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 months in B2B sales, preferably in payroll
- Prior experience in payroll sales, HCM sales, or related B2B SaaS sales
- Strong persuasion and closing skills in fast-moving sales cycles
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and explain pricing clearly to business owners
- College degree preferred but relevant sales experience is prioritized
