Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Sales Solution Specialist, the ideal candidate will manage and close inbound payroll referrals, develop new business opportunities, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline in a high-volume, phone-driven environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and prepare client proposals
- Conduct discovery conversations with business owners to assess payroll and HR needs, presenting tailored solutions
- Engage in frequent client conversations to meet departmental quotas and production goals
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 months in B2B sales, preferably in payroll
- Prior experience in payroll sales, HCM sales, or related B2B SaaS sales
- Strong persuasion and closing skills in fast-moving sales cycles
- Ability to clearly explain pricing and value to business owners
- Organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
