Job Summary
Investigating complex sales-related complaints, the full-time remote Sales Solutions Analyst will manage a caseload, assist in training new analysts, and ensure compliance with CMS and internal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Research and investigate sales-related complaints, documenting findings and resolutions
- Train new Lead Analysts on departmental processes and assist in managing the Sales Development Action Program
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve member issues and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
- 6+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage and 5+ years in regulatory/compliance or MAPD Sales
- Knowledge of CMS and HealthSpring compliance policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency with analytical tools and excellent communication skills
