Job Summary

Investigating complex sales-related complaints, the full-time remote Sales Solutions Analyst will manage a caseload, assist in training new analysts, and ensure compliance with CMS and internal standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and investigate sales-related complaints, documenting findings and resolutions
  • Train new Lead Analysts on departmental processes and assist in managing the Sales Development Action Program
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve member issues and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage and 5+ years in regulatory/compliance or MAPD Sales
  • Knowledge of CMS and HealthSpring compliance policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a matrixed environment
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and excellent communication skills
