Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants in support of sales efforts across various markets
• Oversee daily operations, including resource management and project assignments for the team
• Manage people-related tasks such as recruiting, coaching, and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Strong people-centric mindset with prior management experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting within SaaS
• Familiarity with nonprofit industry and related products is strongly preferred
• Proven organizational and project management skills
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis against key metrics
