Job Summary
Managing the entire pitch process, the full-time Sales Solutions Manager will oversee RFPs from ideation to client presentation while coordinating with sales and account teams to ensure timely delivery and resource allocation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages all pitch tasks, coordinating internal meetings and ensuring completion from initial briefing to client delivery
- Ensures resource availability and allocation for pitches, coordinating presentation delivery aspects such as samples and team member involvement
- Monitors pitch budgets and explores gaps in the pitch process to enhance sales support and efficiency
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing proposal development and coordination, preferably in the pharma industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with large RFP responses and strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with high motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
