Sales Sourcing Center Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HSF-National Sales Sourcing Center Manager (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new Sourcing Specialists as needed
• Maintain and update processes to drive efficiencies and manage costs
• Administer performance management processes for the team and provide monthly documentation on team KPI achievements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable of customer sourcing and booking tools such as Cvent and Concur
• Highly motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
• Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality preferred
