Job Summary
To support a dynamic work-from-home team, the full-time Sales Specialist will facilitate initial conversations with leads, handle front-end sales of introductory products, and collaborate with the Client Success Team to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Key responsibilities
- Add incoming prospects to the company's Facebook group and engage with leads through comments and tags
- Document all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM, ensuring proper movement through the sales pipeline
- Educate prospects on products and collaborate with the Client Success Director to enhance client service
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Coachable and open to feedback for skill improvement
- Positive attitude with strong personal time-management abilities
