Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Specialist to assist in creating estimates and sales orders while serving as a point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders via email or phone in collaboration with Account Managers and customers
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices, and maintain sales and customer records
• Communicate customer feedback and liaise with the Logistics department for timely deliveries

Required Qualifications

• BA or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of experience in Sales, Education, Solar Power, or a related field
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new information and processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Desire to help customers and meet their needs
