Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development / Origination Manager in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
- Build relationships with property owners using a consultative sales approach
- Contribute to the optimization of acquisition processes and participate in strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2C sales, preferably in telesales or a sales-related environment
- Strong sales skills with a solid commercial understanding
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Experience in cold calling and managing sales processes to closure
- Knowledge of commercial real estate, mortgages, or telecommunications is a plus
