Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development / Origination Manager in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
  • Build relationships with property owners using a consultative sales approach
  • Contribute to the optimization of acquisition processes and participate in strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in B2C sales, preferably in telesales or a sales-related environment
  • Strong sales skills with a solid commercial understanding
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Experience in cold calling and managing sales processes to closure
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate, mortgages, or telecommunications is a plus
