Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Specialist/Structural Designer to manage customer relationships and develop merchandising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand marketing objectives and product positioning
• Conceptualize and propose creative point-of-purchase (POP) and merchandising display ideas
• Manage timelines and budgets for display development projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Merchandising, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising, POP display design, or creative marketing
• Experience working with designers and structural engineers preferred
• Basic understanding of Adobe Suite for simple tasks (preferred, not required)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
