Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Specialist responsible for developing proposals for RFPs and RFIs in the travel management industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Customize proposal responses to align with client requirements and ensure clear communication of value
• Track proposal activity and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing or bid management, preferably in global business travel management
• Experience supporting cross-functional revenue teams in structured bid environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with proposal management tools, such as Responsive/RFP software
