Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and support customer needs in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, understanding their objectives and requirements
• Assist outside sales personnel with quotations, order management, and customer interactions
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of sales/marketing experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 2-4 years of sales/marketing experience
• Preferred experience in proposal development, sales support, or order administration
• General knowledge of power transmission & distribution products/systems is preferred
• Previous business-to-business customer support experience is preferred
• Salesforce experience and familiarity with Empower and SAP tools are preferred
