Job Summary

Bringing deep expertise in product offerings, the full-time Sales Specialist will focus on identifying customer needs, driving new business opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams remotely or from hub locations in Minnesota, Michigan, or Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and address customer needs through various product options to maximize impact
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and Client Executives to drive sales growth and retention
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the broader sales team to support account strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field
  • Experience in collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to generate pipeline
  • Knowledge of the Legal Content market and familiarity with specific products like Practical Law and Westlaw
  • Strong prospecting skills and operational abilities
  • Ability to compile campaigns into effective project plans across multiple business units
