Sales Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time Sales Specialist will provide superior service to internal and external guests, assist with administrative duties, and lead projects while adapting to changing priorities in Broomfield, CO.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external guests at all times
• Assist with administrative tasks and lead project initiatives
• Evaluate and resolve issues independently while supporting team goals

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, sales, or reservations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• Experience with Delphi FDC is a plus (training provided)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
