Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling, the full-time Overlay Sales Specialist will manage an existing portfolio of small-to-medium business accounts remotely, focusing on client relationship management and customer enablement.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts, developing strategic account plans
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution
- Train clients on effective product use and position the company as a thought leader in the construction industry through insights and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience
- 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on driving revenue in complex service products or solutions
- Strong consultative-selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs and connect solutions to business outcomes
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Exceptional relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
