Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the fully remote Sales Specialist will lead consultative sales meetings with pre-qualified couples, develop customized wedding package quotes, and drive closing activities to secure bookings while exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales meetings with couples ready to choose their resort and package
• Develop and present tailored wedding package quotes based on each couple's vision and budget
• Drive closing activities and maintain accurate pipeline activity in the CRM

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
• Prior sales experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or events
• Comfort managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple clients simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when couples are most reachable
