Job Summary

To support a growing Central Sales Management department, the full-time remote Sales Specialist will manage group lead responses for a portfolio of Full-Service hotels, interacting with clients, creating proposals, and utilizing sales tools to enhance conversion and revenue.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a sales funnel by receiving leads, interacting with clients, and creating tailored proposals
  • Utilize Envision and other sales tools to respond promptly to leads and increase revenue
  • Demonstrate professional selling skills, including opening, probing, supporting, and closing sales
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in Hyatt Group Sales
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including Envision, Opera, and CVENT
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
