Job Summary
Driving incremental revenue for Hyatt Studios and Select hotels, the full-time remote Sales Specialist will manage group and transient sales opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, focusing on client relationship building, proposal preparation, and negotiation to maximize conversion and support hotel-specific sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a dynamic pipeline of sales opportunities by qualifying leads and guiding them from inquiry to conversion
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth across mid-scale hotels
- Leverage sales platforms and technologies to ensure timely follow-up and support hotel-specific sales strategies
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hotel sales or comparable experience, preferably with Hyatt Select Service or upper-midscale hotels
- Proficiency in sales technologies such as Envision, Lanyon, and Cvent
- Strong organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- A true desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
