Sales Specialist

Job Summary

To drive ambitious revenue growth objectives, the full-time remote Service Sales Specialist will manage customer relationships, assist with sales processes, and generate new sales opportunities while supporting the East Coast operations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, identifying their objectives and requirements
• Assist outside sales personnel with quotations, order management, and customer interactions
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or a High School Diploma/GED with significant sales experience
• Experience in proposal or quote development and sales support is preferred
• General knowledge of power transmission and distribution products/systems is preferred
• Previous experience in business-to-business customer support is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP tools is preferred
