Sales Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the remote Sales Specialist will engage with customers to retain subscriptions, make outbound calls for payment issues, and achieve monthly enrollment quotas while promoting Aura's digital safety products.

Key responsibilities

• Evangelize Aura's mission and product catalog to customers
• Handle inbound cancellation calls and retain customers through effective consultation
• Make outbound calls to address failed subscription payments and enroll new customers

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales or retention experience with a track record of meeting performance metrics
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage customers
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets
• Team player who collaborates effectively within a team environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think creatively to solve customer needs
