Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Selling Specialist - Flooring (Remote) MST/PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by executing company policies and procedures
• Manage and verify information related to service requests and quotes using internal systems
• Communicate with stores and service providers regarding quote details and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, or high-volume retail environment
• Must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by state or local regulations
