Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Central Selling Specialist - Window Treatments will create and review customer quotes, provide consultative services, and collaborate with team members to close sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide SMART customer service by executing Lowe's policies and procedures
- Manage the workflow within system-based work queues to review and process service requests
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding quotes, order status, and project requirements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administration, or high-volume retail environment
- Ability to obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by state or local regulations
